When you book an eye exam we collect certain information with your knowledge and consent, including, your name, email, mobile number, age, gender, date of last eye test, and any underlying eye problems. We will collect and process such information based on the lawful basis provided under the Data Protection Law, including, your vital interest, consent you provide and under the responsibility of a our health care personnel subject always to the obligation of professional secrecy under any law.

How do we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
